As the EMEA Production Manager, I'm leading a new team to address local Content needs. My responsibilities include hiring, building operations, managing the workflow, overseeing creative content, and the EMEA Production team management.

I was the head of the production in the Amsterdam office.
I was in charge of establishing the ways of working and manage the integration process of the different capabilities across the Edelman Amsterdam office.

I was part of the production team in the MediaMonks Amsterdam office. My main role is to manage and coordinate all the aspects of integrated projects from start to finish for a variety of clients such as Uber, Philips, and HP among others.

My main role was to manage multiple projects across two global accounts: GSK and Tuborg.
Among other responsibilities, I was in charge of budgeting, planning, resourcing and communications for the full cycle of projects.

As part of the S&S digital display team, I led the production of digital display assets including DOOH, OLA campaigns, social media and dynamic campaigns. My main clients were Toyota, HSBC, Visa, EE or Weight Watchers.

Starting as a production executive, I was promoted to Account Manager along the way. I was the first point of contact and managed the production of digital projects encompassing mobile apps, social media, global websites, OLA campaign, DOOH among others.
